The show in Vegas proved to be a very good show for Tigra USA. Overall, the show seemed to have a better attendance than in the past few years and the people who did attend seemed to be there for specific reasons and not only for the lure of the “Vegas nights”. The meetings Tigra held at the show seemed to prove that our company is still in the middle of some of our best times. In addition to our existing lines, we have many new products to offer and with these we are working to conquer the market. Saw tips, for example, are still an area of growth, opportunity, and excitement for our company. In the new product lines, Matrix coating for steel is an area we will now begin to explore in the USA along with our cost savings standard knives. Both proved to be areas of interest for our customers. Another huge area of interest for us during the show was our PCD program.  These and the continual growth of new customers prove that we still have market share to strive for.

 

 

Of course, our favorite part of the show is the Annual Customer Appreciation event which this year included over 100 customers/friends at the Hofbrauhaus for traditional German food, beer and celebration. Our owners, Helge, Bernd, and Harald, as well as, Donna Steele and James Britt from Tigra USA, thoroughly enjoyed the event and were delighted to have time to visit with the US Customers.

 

With the poor economic crisis looming in the foreground of our country, it is simple to see our industry is striving to do its part to provide a positive outlook in at least one hard working sector. Congrats to all of us who strive to keep the economy flourishing in these times! We hope the show was also good for all of you who attended and for those who shared the time with us.
