Carbide saw tips and PCD at the IWF Atlanta 

this year in Atlanta TIGRA will focus especially on the extensive range of carbide saw tips, which will be presented in various dimensions in millimeters and inches, pretinned, at booth 6113 in Building B. Thanks to major investments and in-house efforts into our production the saw tips are available in different carbide grades suitable for the users´ applications. The high-quality saw tips, which are subject to a 100% quality control in production, provide a long tool life in a variety of materials and achieve outstanding results. In addition to the tungsten carbide saw tips TIGRA will show PCD cutting materials, which are offered as discs and as individual cut-to-size segments. Depending on the processing material TIGRA´s customers can choose between 9 different PCD grades. According to the customer´s request the PCD segments can be ordered laser-cut, but also wire-cut. TIGRA will also present its extensive, worldwide proven product range of reversible knives, blanks for profiling, planer knives, strips, back-corrugated knives, rods and special cutters for working textile, leather, foil, cardboard or foam and composite materials.
