At the AMB 2018 in Stuttgart TIGRA will present various important carbide products for metal and composite material working such as custom-made preforms according to the drawing, carbide rods and milling blanks with different versions of cooling holes as well as carbide blanks for positive and negative inserts in a variety of shapes for PCD and PcBN tipping.

In addition to carbide, the Bavarian company offers PCD and PcBN. Depending on the type of application and the material to be processed, TIGRA uses optimally adapted grades to achieve the best results with standing and rotating tools. PCD such as PcBN is always available in two versions at TIGRA: as blanks with different total and PCD / PcBN layer thicknesses and as laser- or wire-cut segments with and without angles. As blanks and segments, TIGRA also offers CVD in special grades for cutting and dressing tools.
