Optimized PCD grade for each application

TIGRA offers 9 PCD grades for various applications. As the standard binder is comparable with market usual PCD grades and therefore is universally applicable for wood and chipboard, it has been a main focus to develop some further specific grades to improve the working of MDF, HDF, plastic, synthetic materials, composite materials and aluminum.
As result ADICO developed various ultra-hard grades with extremely high PCD content and hard binder proportion, which can achieve very long tool life in homogeneous, but also in hard materials such as fiberboards, laminate or synthetic materials.
Many users appreciate these ultra-hard grades because of the high abrasion resistance and significantly improved tool life in machining of GFRP and CFRP.
Another special binder provides significantly better thermal conductivity. Thus, the built-up edge is mostly eliminated. Especially in machining of aluminum, this leads to an excellent cutting performance.

Up to 25% faster processing of PCD
