New successful production lines like saw tips, PCD and PcBN or semi-finished carbide inserts for metal working request new solutions in the provision of the numerous products. TIGRA´s efficiently utilized production capacity in Oberndorf am Lech has nearly reached its limits which makes an essential extension of the production area necessary. Therefore, the complete logistics with all storage shelves and packaging machinery has to be moved into the new building, which also leads to a 30% increase in available production space. The investment costs of the new building are approximately 1.1 million €.
